     To resist wear and corrosion, we are applying our unique materials and processes. North China Electric Power University Professor /doctoral supervisor Zongde Liu, with support from National High-tech R&D Program of China (863 Program) and National Key Technology Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, through 20 years of unremitting efforts, have developed a series of products with independent intellectual property rights. Including high temperature wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant composites, and high-power semiconductor laser preparation process.
     Due to the high energy density of laser beam, we are able to develop new high melting points wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, which greatly expanding the choice of cladding materials. We have developed high temperature wear-resistant ceramic / NiCr based composites with high hardness up to 1200-1500Hv and high temperature chlorine corrosion-resistant composites based on Hastelloy alloy C22.
     Owing to the use of new high melting point wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, the performance of cladding coating in wear and corrosion resistance is far more excellent than any other processes; Laser cladding process achieves a metallurgical bonding between the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials with the substrate, which solves the problem of layer shedding thoroughly. Further more, to make each product reliable and uniform, the automated production line outputs an consistent and stable coating on the designated product. 

     The factory not only has mature technology in processing straight pipe, but also ensures the stability and reliability of quality. And through the combination of manipulator and laser cladding technology, the difficult problems of bending pipe and special-shaped parts are successfully solved. It can be made according to the requirements of power plants, and can be quickly replaced and shortened.
