The 480 ton CFB boiler of Guangdong Shuangshuang Hydropower Station is responsible for the steam supply and power generation of Yinzhou Lake Paper Base in Guangdong Province. It is running at full load basically. Boiler is troubled by serious wear and tear, and almost all the domestic anti-wear technologies (spraying, surfacing, anti-wear beam, etc.) are used. Huadian De high-power laser cladding technology has been used in severe wear and tear parts of the power plant since early 2013, and the results are very prominent. Qualitative improvement was achieved.
After five and a half years of cladding, the cladding layer is almost unchanged and the effect is excellent.
