For self owned power plant and CFB boiler, the operation requirement is one year plan shutdown. Through repeated inspection and comparison, the laser cladding technology of the company is selected to solve the problem of serious wear and tear in the four corners of the furnace. After a year of continuous operation and shutdown, the cladding layer is intact. The second batch of cladding tubes were purchased this year. At present, all the corners of the furnace have been replaced by laser cladding tubes.
