The company participated in the advanced seminar of circulating fluidized bed boiler technology in 2018

      From November 22 to 24, 2018, an advanced seminar on circulating fluidized bed boiler technology in 2018 was jointly organized in Xi'an by the National Cooperative Network for Technical Exchange and Service of CFB Units in Electric Power Industry and the Editorial Committee of China Circulating Fluidized Bed Power Generation Magazine (No. 9).
 
       At the meeting, Beijing Huadiande High-tech Co., Ltd. introduced the high-energy laser wear-resistant technology. This technology is aimed at solving the problem of serious local wear of boilers which can not be solved by conventional anti-wear technology in the market.
 
      Serious wear and  tear can easily lead to unexpected burst of four tubes of boiler, which not only affects the safe and stable operation of the boiler, but also brings financial and human losses to the power plant. Representatives of the company, together with industry experts and technical backbone of power plants, have exchanged and discussed the high-energy laser cladding wear-resistant technology of the company. Typical cases of severe local wear and tear of CFB boiler's four tubes, buried tube furnace and pulverized coal boiler's cold ash hopper were exchanged. The actual effect of power plant case was highly recognized by industry experts and students.
